Diamond is a woman’s best friend. This maxim is what we men always say to women. Women naturally are naturally attracted by beautiful jewels and gems. My mother is one living proof of this saying. She is really found of jewelries and different types of accessories. Though she does not have a diamond she certainly has a bunch of gold jewelries. One of my mother’s favorite is of course the engagement ring given by my father. Often she says that it is not that expensive. It’s just her favorite because it is the first gift that my father gave him.

Among others my mom truly treasures my grand mother’s gold bangle. It is my mother’s family heirloom and is given to the first girl that is born for that generation. The next one to inherit it is my cousin Will. Well, sometimes I find a bit creepy but at the same time I am really amaze on how they maintain the gold bangle’s luster and beauty.  For ages it is still as beautiful as ever. Now I know that price of jewelries and gems are not only measured by carats but are truly measured by the happiness and memories brought by those fine pieces of stones and metals.

My friend Eric is planning to buy his own house. Eric is a civil engineer from one of the best-known construction firms in New York . Though he is a civil engineer he would still like to buy his house from commercial real state companies. He said that building your own house is still a lot more expensive than buying a ready-made one.

Last month, he asked me about some websites that offer real estate properties around or near Manhattan so I gladly gave him a list of some of the websites that offer such. After a few weeks he told that he already found a house that would perfect for him. He told me that the house he has found has five bedrooms, a big garage and beautiful green lawn.

Having your own business and being the boss of yourself is really a lot of fun for you are able to control not only your business but you are also capable of managing your own time. One of my latest babies is my Siberian huskies. They are really cute and though are place is quite warm they are still able to cope with it. Watching movies is one of the things that I often do when I have some free time or even after I work. Though there are times that I want to watch movies on movie houses or cinemas, I feel more comfortable watching movies at home. That is why one of the things that I am planning to have someday is my own home theater.

When I travel seldom do I stay at hotels, I often stay at rented homes, villas or cabins near the resort or beach where I to go. II prefer rented homes and villas rather hotels because villas give me greater privacy than hotels. They are as well more spacious and relaxing than ordinary hotel rooms. Renting a villa or a home is also cheaper than staying at hotels.

Like hotel rooms, the rooms of villas are as well packed with different amenities. Once I stayed at a villa with its rooms having a television set and a DVD player. The rooms were spacious and the beds and mattress matched the colors of the wall. The bathroom on the other hand has shower faucets and a Jacuzzi that I really enjoyed. I am planning to bring my family here next summer for them to also experience the privacy and comfort given by a villa.

I always wanted to visit other places and other countries someday, but I never had the idea of living abroad and live my family as well as my friends. I am very comfortable and I really enjoy the life at my homeland. But my uncle on the other hand chooses to live abroad, he says that he wants to have a new lifestyle and try new things.

He has been staying in Guam for about fifteen years now and still he has no plans of going back. Though he quite far from us he often calls us and sends us letters and gifts. Last month he gave my cousins and me some watches and perfumes, my mother and aunts on the other hand are given comforter sets and a few pieces of jewelries. We are all happy for all the things that he gives us but I think will all be happier if go homes and stay for good.

I love to travel, often times when I have a lot of free time I travel with my family and friends to discover new places or go back to the places that I have visited before. More often than not we go to beaches and resorts to have some tan and take a swim. I really love swimming and water sports as well. There was a time when I went with my friends to a beach and tried a few water sports. The first thing that we tried is jet skiing. It was really a lot fun it’s just like riding a motorbike when you’re on water.

Next and the most that I enjoyed is parasailing. Going parasailing is just like experiencing how to fly, you ride on a parachute and the parachute is tied on a speedboat and it runs fast for the parachute and you to be suspended in air. It really gave us the thrill that we want and it is very safe as well. But of course each time I travel or try a new adventure I always consider first my safety as well as the others that is why me and friend is planning to have travel insurance to have a worry free trip when go to other places.
