Summertime is fast approaching. It’s barely a month before summer finally arives. This causes an alarm for me since it’s time to go to the beach again and it’s time to be concious about my body again. I’ve started running again and I also started my diet. Annual Getaway

I always look forward to the summer season. My friend’s and I have this yearly summer outing where we hang out in the beach and soak in the sun. Eating is one my weakness. I cannot resist delicious food. Whenever I feel like devouring too much, I make up by doubling my exercise time and if it worsens I consider taking a fat burner to keep my figure. Lack of Sleep

Ever since I worked as a call center agent, my sleep time has changed. Before, I used to sleep well during the night but when I started my night shift, I had a hard time sleeping during the day. Now, I got back to day shift but the problem is I could hardly fall asleep. I needed sleep aid to help me sleep. I just hope that everything gets back to normal. Lack of sleep just makes me feel heavy headed and I feel uneasy.

Running back on track

Lately, I’ve been running back on track. But to make things more fun and exciting, I just got a new exercise buddy. His name is Dollar. He’s actually a golden retriever. I got him from a breeder within our area. He’s actually a kind and playful dog. I just hope that I’ll now be able to jog everyday and continue my fitness regimen – of course with the help of some diet pills to lose weight faster.
